Preliminary Rounds :

Round 1 : Thailand

  • This house believes that amnesty should be granted to all convicted politicians.
  • This house believes that 3G license should not be auctioned.
  • This house believes in trial by jury.

Round 2 : Health

  • This house believes that the government should pay people for preventative health measures (subsidy).
  • This house would make Physical Education class voluntary.
  • This house believes that AIDS drugs should be free.

Round 3 : Law and Regulation

  • This house believes that parents should be held responsible for their children committing crimes.
  • This house would legalise duel to death.
  • This house would make genetic parents legitimate parents of a child born to surrogacy.

Round 4 : Terrorism

Round 5 : Economics

  • This house believes that Free Trade Agreement ( FTA ) does more harms than good for Thailand
  • This house believes that China should not peg its own currency.
  • This house believes that Generalised System of Preference (GSP) should not be used as a political tool.

Rookie Finals : Entertainment

  • This house would ban erotic novels. NOTE : for bookworms
  • This house believes that celebrities have no rights to privacy. NOTE : for stalkers
  • This house would legalise use of drugs in sport. NOTE : for sports fanatic

Octo-Finals : Sex

  • This house would make aid to african organisation conditional on their endorsement of contraception.
  • This house would condemn companies that deny employment based on sexual preference.
  • This house believes that pedophilia can be allowed where there is a parental consent.

Quarter-Finals : Environment

  • This house would impose environmental labeling on all consumer goods.
  • This house would pay people not to cut down trees.
  • This house believes that ecotourism does not serve its purpose.

Semi-Finals Theme : Human Rights

  • This house believes that rights to vote should be be based on completion of compulsory education.
  • This house believes that human rights is not a universal value.
  • This house would allow ex-criminals who commit heinous crime to run for public office.

Grand-Finals Theme : Fighting Poverty

  • This house believes that the united nations should prioritise fighting poverty over climate change.
  • This house believes in infrastructure rather than social programs.
  • This house would promote socially engaged journalism in the battle against poverty.
